The first item of old business presented to the board was the status of the church's xerox copier and the necessity of purchasing a new one in the near future. The consensus of opinion by the board was that research for this purchase should begin immediately before the old copier's service contract comes up for renewal.

The next item of old business discussed by the board was the rental relationship between Spindletop Unitarian Church and Church of Kindred Spirits and P.A.S.T. The consensus of opinion by the board was that the relationship should be continued with the proviso that the Unitarian Church's name not be included in media reports or advertising by the renters.

Finding no old business requiring further action by the board, new business was next discussed:

The only item of new business was presented by Jeff pitman relating to operation of the Spindletop UU website.

Finding no new business requiring action by the board, motion to adjourn was made by Karen Corwin and seconded by Sharon Colbert.

The meeting was then adjourned.
