Spindletop Unitarian Church Board of Director's meeting minutes for 09/19/04.
The Spindletop Unitarian church board of directors met on September 19, 2004 at 9:00am.
The following board members were present:
Karen Corwin
Cathy Allen
Sharon Colbert
Enrique DelCampo
- J. Geiger
Tom Harlan
Rev. Tom Capo (ex-officio)
The following guests were present:
Ria Lihs
The meeting was called to order by Karen Corwin in the absence of the board president.
The minister's report was then received by the board.
The treasurer's report was next received.
The following committee reports were received by the board:
Ria Lihs presented a detailed activity report on the Social Concerns committee.
Tom Harlan presented a breif report on grounds committee activity.
Considerable discussion was had concerning long-range planning committee staffing and personnell concerns. A meeting date was set for October.
The need for volunteers for G.A. was discussed.
Discussion was also had concerning the upcoming special congregational meeting on by-law revisions and changes to implement the consensus model for church business meetings.
No further business presenting, the meeting was adjourned.
