Spindletop Unitarian Church Board of Director's meeting minutes for 11/21/04.
The Spindletop Unitarian Church board of directors met on 11/20/04 at 9:00 am.
The following board members were present:
Corky Cullins

Sharon Colbert
Tom Harlan
Cathy Allen
Bob Mark
Enrique DelCampo
Rev. Tom Capo (ex-officio)
The following guests were present:
Jack Lawrence
Ria Lihs
The meeting was called to order by Corky Cullins.
The chalice lighting ceremony was conducted by Rev. Tom Capo.
The minister's report was received and discussed at length by the board.
Use of the church facilities for Mona Ferguson's benefit concert was approved by the board.
Jack Lawrence presented a brief report on grounds maintenance issues.
Ria Lihs presented a brief report on caring and concerns committee fundraising activities (T.V. raffle tickets).
Corky Cullins presented a brief report on the feasibility study progress.
Sharon Colbert presented a report on a $4,000.00 gift bequest to the church and the benefactor's intended use of the funds (children's R.E. and kitchen repairs).
Membership issues were also discussed by the board.
No further business presenting, the meeting was adjourned.
