Minutes of the special congregational meeting of Spindletop Unitarian Church on March 21, 2004.
A special congregational meeting was held on March 21, 2004 in order to ammend the by-laws of Spindletop Unitarian Church to allow for a smaller board of directors.
The meeting was called to order by Corky Cullins.
The language of the proposed by-law change was presented by Karen Corwin.
Discussion of the proposed change was had.
Motion made by John Desain to terminate discussion and call the question.
Motion to accept by-law change as presented made by Donna Birdwell, seconded by Tom Harlan.
Motion passed by majority vote of congregation present. (with one "nay" vote to prevent unanimous acceptance).
The meeting was then adjourned.
