SERMON: Conflict, Anger, Rage: A Faith Centered Approach to Differences by Rev.Capo
In every area of life-in our families, our friendships, our work places and our church- there will be conflict. And many times, someone gets angry when conflict happens. Sometimes, people even get out control with their anger, become enraged, destructive, abusive. I used to consult with the Probation Department in Harris County-facilitating classes for men (and sometimes women) arrested for domestic violence and abuse. In my work with them, we discussed how to manage conflict, anger, and rage. Many times in our discussion, I brought up the issue of faith, and how faith, along with counseling, might help them recover from their addiction to anger and rage.
